علشان كده عملنا سياسة واضحة وبسيطة تخليك مطمّن مع كل طلبية.

📦 فحص المنتج عند الاستلام

لك الحق تفحص طلبك عند الاستلام قبل ما تدفع. خد وقتك وتأكد إن كل حاجة مظبوطة.

  • لو المنتج مش زي الوصف، أو مش مطابق للصور، أو مش على قد توقعك، ممكن ترفض تستلمه فورًا من غير أي مشاكل.
    راحتك ورضاك أولويتنا.

🛡 ضمان الصناعة لمدة 6 شهور

كل شنط Tevano معاها ضمان 6 شهور ضد عيوب الصناعة.
يشمل الضمان:

  • مشاكل الخياطة
  • عيوب السوستة
  • مشاكل القطع المعدنية (Hardware)
  • أي خطأ إنتاجي مؤكد

لو ظهر أي عيب صناعي خلال 6 شهور من استلام الطلبية، هنعمل تصليح أو استبدال حسب الحالة – مجاني تمامًا.

⚠️ ملاحظات: الضمان لا يشمل الاستخدام الخاطئ، التلف الناتج عن الحوادث، الاستهلاك العادي، أو التعامل غير السليم.

🔄 سياسة الاستبدال والإرجاع (14 يوم)

ممكن تطلب استبدال أو إرجاع خلال 14 يوم من استلام الطلبية بشرط:

  • المنتج في حالته الأصلية
  • لم يُستخدم
  • كل التغليف والملحقات موجودة

مصاريف الشحن:

  • العميل يتحمل مصاريف الاستبدال أو الإرجاع
  • لو السبب عيب صناعي، Tevano يتحمل كل المصاريف

📦 Inspection on Delivery

You have the right to inspect your order upon delivery before making payment.
Please take your time to check the product carefully.

If the item is not as described, not matching the photos, or not what you expected, you can refuse to receive it immediately with no problem.

Your comfort comes first.

🛡 6-Month Manufacturing Warranty

All Tevano bags come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty covers:

  • Stitching issues

  • Zipper defects

  • Hardware problems

  • Any confirmed production fault

If a manufacturing defect appears within 6 months from the delivery date, we will repair or replace the item based on the case — free of charge.

Please note:
The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or improper handling.

🔄 Exchange & Return Policy (14 Days)

You can request an exchange or return within 14 days from the delivery date, provided that:

  • The product is in its original condition

  • It has not been used

  • All packaging and accessories are included

Shipping Fees:

  • Exchange or return shipping fees are paid by the customer.

  • If the reason is a manufacturing defect, Tevano covers all shipping costs.

We aim to make the process smooth and respectful of your time.
